Purchased tickets but can't make it to a concert? Don't worry! You can exchange your tickets for tickets to another Symphony season concert! See below for just how you can do this.

Exchange Procedure

If you can't make a concert, you may exchange your tickets for another performance (subject to availability). Exchanges should be made no later than 24 hours before the earliest affected concert (either the performance you are leaving or the performance you are exchanging into). Unfortunately, we cannot handle exchanges involving tickets for past concerts or on concert evenings.

Please include the following:

  1. Tickets to be exchanged

  2. Concert name and date that you are exchanging into

  3. Your name, address and daytime phone number

(There is no charge for exchanges for subscribers; for single ticket buyers the standard $14.00 service fee applies.)

If you are exchanging by mail, tickets will be mailed, or you will be notified if they will be held at the Will-Call window for pickup on the day of the performance.


Donating Your Tickets

If you are unable to attend a performance, you may donate your tickets to the Symphony for a tax credit. Returned tickets will be donated to a music student. Please return your tickets by mail at least three days prior to a performance or in person at least two days prior. You may also contact us at or call (509) 667-2640 if you have questions.
