Since moving here, Chloë has become involved in this wonderful community. She has been a volunteer at the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society for 4 years, and her volunteer work with Stage Kids has turned into employment as a class assistant. She has helped with fundraisers for mission trips, Children's Hospital and has helped with Clothes For The Classroom. Recently, she competed and received enough points to go to State as Distinguished Young Woman of Wenatchee Valley.
Chloë studied voice with Leslie McEwen for over a year. She blossomed while under Leslie's instruction. Leslie's passing was very difficult for Chloe. Recently, she has taken voice from Ron Bermingham and Valerie Williams. Chloë also attended The Julian Patrick Vocal Camp in 2016 and 2017. There she learned so much about different genres of music from some very talented and amazing instructors.
Chloë is currently in Running Start at Wenatchee Valley College. She plans to attend a college with an outstanding music program so that she can continue to hone her voice. She is extremely grateful for this opportunity and to all who have supported this competition. She would also like to thank her family, friends and teachers for all their support. To Chloe, music is truly a gift.
